Holistic, personalized physical therapy
Empowering you to understand your body, take control of your health, and live above your injury.
Standard physical therapy is not designed to treat the whole you.
Other clinics offer one-size-fits-none treatments that don’t consider you as a whole person, don’t get to the root cause of your pain, and don’t set you up for lasting success. Foundation Physical Therapy is different.
You deserve better physical therapy.
Located on the border of Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park neighborhoods, Foundation Physical Therapy provides personalized physical therapy that empowers you to understand your body, take control of your health, and live above your injury.
Our goal is to do more than assign exercises—it’s to help you build a better you.
The Foundation Physical Therapy Difference
Holistic Healing | Personalized Wellness | Mindful Living
Repetitive, tedious exercises that never seem to help
Personalized treatment plans based on your goals
Isolated treatments that ignore how your body works as a whole
Holistic care that helps you understand your body
Treatments based only on what insurance companies deem “medically necessary”
An out-of-network model that lets you and your provider determine your treatment plan
OTHER CLINICS
Clinicians always rotating between 3–4 patients
FOUNDATION PHYSICAL THERAPY
1:1 attention for your entire 60-minute appointment
Foundation Physical Therapy’s services include post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, personal athletic training, headache and concussion management, and dry needling.
Foundation Physical Therapy is out-of-network with all health insurance companies, removing their reviewers from making decisions about your care. Many patients are still eligible for insurance reimbursements.
